Thank you so much for agreeing to Beta test this course with me.  I really appreciate your support and hope that together we can ensure this is super helpful for the women it is intended to help!

What to expect:

    • The course runs for 3 weeks, with one focus for each week.  There is one main ‘lesson’ per week, although in the first week this involves a couple of exercises. 
    • The format will be a PDF workbook/lesson, with an MP3 Audio or video sent to your inbox using the email you signed up with.
    • There will be a private Facebook group for sharing & asking questions.
    • This course is intended ultimately to be a stand alone course, without coaching, although initially I may do some Q&A Facebook Live, if the need arises.
    • You will need to allow at least 1 hour, possibly 2, per week
    • Some of the exercises may seem over simple.  They still work!
    • This is an experiential course, you do need to dig into the work to get the most out of it.
    • The aim of this short course is to start getting clarity about what it is you want in your life.  There is always a lot more to explore beyond this short time-frame!  The purpose here is to get you started, especially if this sort of self-exploration is new to you.
    • Whilst not all the exercises are ones I have created, this course material has been written by me and is copyright to me, so please do not share this or use the material.  (a bit yucky to have to write that, but apparently necessary for legalities)
